Espumax Fire Stop is a single component foam suitable for filling, fixing and insulation where a classification B1 fire reaction and fire resistance up to 4 hours (RF 240) is required.
Certifications that meet the new regulations (CTE) regarding fire safety classification B1 (ITB Institute certified according to EN 13501-1) and RF240 (ITB Institute certified according to EN 13501-2).

1. Clean the surface either by removing any dust or grease. Moistened with water by spray after or brush. The application temperature is between + 5 ° and + 30 ° C. Optimal +20.
2. Shake the bottle 20 times before applying. Screw the applicator keeping the container upright.

4. Fill 50% of the gap or joint. The product initially increases between 1.5 and 2 times its volume.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Wear gloves and goggles attached to the application and cleaning of the container. Maximum 5 minutes. Gloves not reusable.
2. Keep container in a vertical position.
3. The spots should be cleaned before hardening with POLYURETHANE FOAM CLEANER or acetone failing. NEVER USE WATER TO CLEAN.
4. Moisten the support and the fresh foam for fast and optimal expansion. Lack of moisture may retard curing of the foam and cause little burr controlled and / or expansion eruptions.
