This lot consists of a professional Flores Cortés ham holder, Series Kabra, of tilting stainless steel, a set of knife and sharpening steel from the Evo series of 3 Claveles and a clamp to remove and place the 120mm slices of ham.

The ham holder is a practical professional ham holder with an oscillating rocker arm. With this horizontal sliding type ham holder system, the ham can be manipulated from the most comfortable position depending on the area where the cut is to be made. The base of the ham holder is made of stainless steel.
