The Tokyo range of 3 Claveles are knives of traditional Japanese cuisine: Yanagiba (in 2 sizes), Deba and Usuba. They have the edge on one side for an easy and precise cut, while the lifoflex handle that provides better adherence to the hand. This kit is accompanied by Tweezers for sushi and 20cm plate. These chef's tongs in stainless steel, with rounded tips and aga textured ring for a good grip on food, have a double use: to serve Japanese food dishes such as sushi and to creatively place food at the moment of plate .

And to have the knives organized and at hand, the set also includes a magnetic holder for knives of 30cm in aluminum to be placed on the wall.

The knives are:

  • Tokyo Deba 21cm black knife 3 Claveles. The Deba knife , sharp on one side, is solid and stable with a wide and strong blade. The front is used for silhouetting fish and the rear for cutting bones and spines.
  • Tokyo Usuba 18cm black knife 3 Claveles The Usuba knife is preferably used to cut all kinds of vegetables. Despite its ax shape, it is not suitable for bones.
  • Tokyo Yanagiba 24cm black knife 3 Claveles. The Yanagiba knife is used to finely fillet meat and fish. Long and narrow blade for very fine cutting, especially sushi and sashimi. For artistic cut, elaborate and clean at the same time.
